Chase

Chase has been adopted!

Sponsored in memory of Ruthie, a Senior who was able to spend her golden years with a family who loved her, thanks to Save Me Dog Rescue.

Meet Chase!

Chase is a fun-loving, a snuggle bug, friendly , cute typical golden retriever.

Once in a routine he is a very laid back dog , but will also play the day away!

He loves playing with our Labrador, running around in the back yard and going for walks.
He is fully housetrained, Crete trained , knows how to sit , lye down and back up. We are still working on give me paw!

When Chase goes for walks he doesn’t pull but will bark and try and pull towards other dogs . We have been working on this and I believe over time with lots of socialization this will no longer be an issue.

He is Golden Retriever who embodies all of the wonderful attributes of the breed. Unfortunately, he also has hip dysplasia which can be common in the breed.

After consulting with Dr. Levy, at the Thornbury Animal Hospital, it was decided that Chase would need FHO surgery. His first surgery was in December 2020 and in at the beginning of February, Chase had his second FHO surgery and is recovering well. This sweet boy will now have a future without pain.

Chase was lovingly fostered by Yola
