Please note that all fields on the below application must be complete. Failure to do so will result in your application not being considered towards one of our dogs. Adopting a rescue dog is a serious endeavour and should not be considered as a spur of the moment decision. Your application is our method to get to know you, the applicant, the best we can, so we ask that you provide us with the most accurate information possible. These questions do not have right or wrong answers, but are a way for us to verify that the dog you have selected would be best suited to your home and lifestyle. Please note that we do not contact any of the references provided without speaking to you first.

Please also note, we will only be place our dogs in smoke/vape free homes. This is something we look for during our home visit, which is the last stage of our application process.

I am aware that SAVE ME RESCUE does not guarantee the age and breed of this dog and SAVE ME RESCUE bases our information on the opinion of the shelter staff and/or veterinarians.

If, even after an adoption has taken place, it is discovered that information contained in this application or during screening to be false or misleading, SAVE ME RESCUE retains the right to deny your application or remove the animal from your premises without a refund of monies paid.

SAVE ME RESCUE reserves the right to deny any application due to the primary interest being the best interest of the animal.
