Wilson is a 3 year old Terrier mix, he is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Wilson LOVES other dogs, he can and will play all day long but also loves to snuggle up with his people. He would be great with older kids, he has been around a 1.5 year old and was a good boy but is a bit too much energy for the little ones! He is good with cats, but does try to play with them and may chase in a playful manner.
We would describe Wilson as an absolute fan favourite of all of the dogs and people he meets – he has a big personality in a small package, weighing in at only about 20lbs! You can walk him anywhere, with anyone at any time. He completed a board & train and has his basic obedience down pat. He is crate trained, but not fully house trained (its a work in progress) as he has mostly lived in kennel environments that we know of, with a brief stint in a foster home. Wilson can be vocal, although he has a relatively quiet raspy bark, and makes the typical crazy sounds you’d expect from his breed(s) when he plays.
Wilson would be considered a medium drive dog, he loves to play tug and fetch, go for big runs off leash or trail walks. His favourite thing is to wrestle with the other dogs and does a great job gauging his play based on his playmate. Size doesn’t matter to this guy – he’s made friends with everyone from a 110lb Cane Corso, to a little 10lb Chihuahua mix.
