Harper is looking for a snuggle buddy in his forever home. He was found as a stray, but it’s easy to tell that this special boy has lived in a home and just needs some TLC! Harper is nearly housetrained. He knows to go outside and will “talk” to you when he needs to go, but sometimes he’ll have an occasional accident as he adjusts to his new surroundings. Harper loves to talk. He gets excited when he gets leashed up to go outside and will tell you about it! Harper is great on a leash, but certainly walks at his own pace. He sleeps through the night in his crate, door open, but is loves to sleep in his little “house” until the morning without a peep! Harper is great with other dogs, but hasn’t been around cats, so his foster mom can’t comment on how he is with them. He is very welcoming to strangers and approaches them tail wagging. Harper needs a patient, loving home, who is willing to give him the snuggles and cuddles he so deserves! Harper always has a big smile on his face and is always ready to greet the day with enthusiasm
