Rose has been adopted!
Sponsored by Susan, in memory of her beloved 13yr old girl, Pepsi. Passed in July, due to cancer.
Dear future family,
My foster parents decided to name me Rose because they know that, despite how much I’ve been through for an 18-month-old pup, I will grow and blossom.
You see, I was found at a dump where I spent at least 3 days before finally being rescued. I have lost some weight, but my family is now feeding me great food and they said I will gain a few pounds in no time. I had an ear infection and ear mites. I tested positive for Lyme disease and received treatment. Finally, I also just spayed on November 13th. I am very grateful for the amazing team of vets who made me as healthy as I can be for you.
Foster Mom and Foster Dad say I am the sweetest. I enjoy going for walks. My nose is always to the ground; of course, I am a hound! When I first arrived, I would spend my days by the door or hidden in the bedroom. I have gained my confidence and I now join my family on the couch. I have three dog foster siblings and we all get along well. I would be okay with children as long as they are dog savvy. Abrupt movements tend to scare me, just like new situations do. Therefore, I will need a family who will be patient with me. I will come along, but it might take some time before you fully see the quirky girl my foster family love so much!
