Darby is an adorable cuddly little foster. He’s one of the easiest dogs we have fostered to date. He’s very respectful in our house. He spends most of his days lying around.
Darby is crate trained. He has been quiet to sleep in the crate in the evening while spending his days on a blanket on the couch next to us. He walks nicely on his leash but if we get too far ahead he stops, he does not like to be pulled. He waits nicely while we prepare his food.
Darby can be shy with some people and large dogs when he first meets you by staying low to the ground and can be timid at first but he walked right up to our teenage son and jumped into his lap. He likes being held. He loves lying on the couch with us.
Darby seems to have low energy. Darby does not seem to shed in our house. We have yet to hear him speak.
Darby is a young dog who was brought into a shelter as a stray.
