Meet Topper!!! This little guy would be the perfect family pet! He does amazing with kids, humans and dogs of all sizes and personalities. He is a HUGE cuddle bug and his puppy dog eyes will melt your heart. He is quiet in foster care and does not bark. His energy level is low to medium. He enjoys playing with his foster siblings and with toys. He does awesome in his crate when his foster parents are not home. He is about 95% house trained. Topper is an all around amazing, sweet, cute, happy dog who would make a wonderful addition to any home.
