Beautiful Cami has recently arrived into rescue and has made herself right at home. She is a very sociable and friendly girl who is happy to meet everyone. Cami is getting along well with her foster siblings and loves to instigate play. Being a young girl, she does not always pick up on their body language immediately but she listens well to correction and is eager to please. We are working on housebreaking and Cami is improving every day. She is a smart girl who learns quickly and she has adjusted very well to our routine.
I do find that she is very alert and reacts to new sounds by barking so she may not be the best candidate for apartment living. Once again, when told all is okay she calms down right away and listens well. Cami loves being told she is a good girl and seeks praise and affection but she is not a clingy dog. Being such a well tempered dog Cami would do well in almost any situation – family dog, a single person’s best friend, loyal companion to someone retired – she can fit in anywhere.
Listed as a terrier/beagle mix she is a long legged, sleek beauty and her colouring is gorgeous and so symmetrical it as if someone has painted on her markings. She is a very good eater and loves her food which always makes training that much easier. As much as she loves her food she waits patiently for her bowl to be put down and does not try to get into any one else’s food.
Cami is a young girl who will thrive in a loving forever home.
