Trexton

Trexton has been adopted!

Sponsored in honour of Melanie’s much loved Aunt, Cathy Plant.

This little cutie is gonna steal your heart!

Sweet gentle Trexton was an unclaimed stray at an overcrowded shelter.

He has the cutest little peep of a whine when he wants something and is too nervous to go for it himself, but is otherwise very quiet. He is fine on his own when I need to work outside of home. He sleeps through the night, and is never in a hurry to get up in the morning. He is calm on car rides, mostly just sleeps when long distance. He has been ignoring cats birds squirrels and chipmunks. He is crate-trained, potty-trained, fine with touch, fine with dogs, shares well, plays well, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Trexton can be very timid, but for the most part is embracing all kinds of new experiences. When frightened, his default is flight/hide not fight.

He is currently living primarily in a downtown condo with time also spent outside of the city, and is adapting well in both environments. He enjoys toys naps and belly rubs, entertains himself quietly when I’m working, and is bouncy and playful on play dates. On walks, he is paying attention, following cues really well, and is recovering quickly when spooked. With unknown dogs, he is polite with greetings but is also good to keep walking past.

He is still very young, so anything is still possible for this sweet boy.

Are you the special someone who will guide him through all that he has missed?
