Let me introduce myself, hi, I am Tootsie, I am a small 8-year-old Shih Tzu.
My foster parents say I am too skinny, and they are trying to get me to gain weight. I am a little bit of a picky eater. I prefer soft food to kibble. I recently visited the vet and had a dental.
I love to be with my humans, but I am not a big snuggler. I sleep in my bed that sits on my human’s bed. I live with dogs bigger and smaller than me and I really do not want anything to do with any of them. I am a very quiet dog, but I do cry for awhile after my foster parents leave the house. Oh, and I LOVE to scream when I get a bath!
I am not overly active but would like to go for small walks. I like to nap in the same room as my humans are during the day. I let my foster parents know when I need to go outside, by standing at the back door. I think I would prefer a home with no small children as I am quite small and fragile.
