Little Tinker was surrendered by her owner as they no longer had the time to take care of her. Her world was turned upside down and she was terrified in the shelter she was surrendered to.
The shelter staff told us that Tinker loves a warm lap, and will make someone a great tiny companion.
UPDATE: Tinker arrived in her foster home tonight and was a bit shy at first. Within 1 hour, she found the toy box, was eager to meet and greet her foster family, looked for a lap to cuddle in and was providing kisses free of charge.
She had the opportunity to meet and play with 2 other small dogs which she enjoyed very much.
