Pablo has been adopted!
Sponsored in honour of a very special nephew for his birthday.
Pablo came to his foster home as a scared and anxious little guy and was reactive whenever he was disciplined. He was also fearful when an arm or something similar was raised in his vicinity and was again reactive. His foster parents have worked with him and he is MUCH better now, but still not 100%.. they believe with on going and consistent correction this reactive behaviour will stop. Pablo will need to go to a home with no children and with someone who has has experience with a reactive dog. Pablo needs to feel safe and secure in his new home. When new people come into his home, he must be held when they come in the house and then put down when everyone is settled, as he gets anxious and upset. This is also a behaviour that could be corrected and not long term. Once the people are in the home, he will go to them to be pet and give kisses.
Pablo loves walks and car rides and snuggling up with his humans. Pablo has some anxiety when left alone, but when his foster parents come home, he is sound asleep waiting for them. Pablo lives with dogs his size and smaller and does well with them. He is a sweet boy who just wants to please his humans.
Pablo will lay down and relax to watch a movie with his humans, or is raring to go when it is walk time.
Can you provide a loving and safe home for Pablo?
