A big welcome to Canada handsome Marvin.
Marvin is a rescue from Kentucky and arrived in Canada on Feb. 4, 2023. He is sweet and loveable and deserves a home with a family who can offer him lots of love. He is very gentle and well behaved, but suffers from separation anxiety, so his new family will need to be a bit patient. Marvin loves to play with his toys, very playful, feisty when playing, enjoys playing fetch, enjoying chasing you. He is also trained to take his business outdoors. When asked if he’d like to go out, he gets very excited and waits patiently for you to put on his leash. He loves walks, loves being outside, and with the right training, will be great at walking beside you, not pulling.
Marvin would be a great companion as he likes to be near you constantly. He sleeps thru the night and likes to lounge during the day at your feet, when not playing. I think he would be best suited with a family that is frequently home. Marvin loves to eat; however, he came undernourished, so I’ve been giving him a little bit extra for weight gain. He eats twice daily with a few nibbles in between.
Marvin has a huge heart with a zest for life even though he’s been through so much. He is easy to train, he looks right at you, trying to listen. Marvin has so much love to offer his new family, and deserves tons of hugs, walks, playtime. It will be a win win situation, should you decide to bring this loveable easy going guy into your home. You will fall in love with him right away, guaranteed, so be ready!
