Lula. What a wonderful sweet southern girl.
Found as a stray, with her background unknown, she is looking for love north of the border.
House and crate trained. She knows basic sit, shake a pay, “no” and is crate trained.
Her personality shines with her ability to get along flawlessly with other dogs and she has no interest in the resident cat.
Lula is shy to begin with but as she settles in, her sweet personality emerges.
She loves nothing better than belly rubs and will be easy to complete a positive training program to finesse her house manners as she is very food motivated. No counter surfing for this girl.
She is still young and needs to be crated while out or she may chew inappropriate items.
Loves stuffies but destroys them, she does better with rubber squeaky toys .
Learning to walk on a harness, she is eager to be outside and would do well in a home with a fenced area- recall is being worked on.
Lula would make a great addition to a family that understands she is still young, puppyish in some ways and will devote the time and effort to complete training for her to be the best dog she can be. She is 3/4 of the way there now.
