Lucky has been adopted!

Lucky is a 15 year old (young) male shih tzu that was abandoned and abused in his former life. Because of this, Lucky is fearful and unsure of men. Lucky will bark at men and dogs he does not know. His foster mom is working on this with him, and in the two weeks she has had him, she has seen improvement! Lucky will need a home, where they are willing to continue to work on this.
Lucky is a cute and happy little guy who loves to go for walks and does very well in the car. He loves to be with his human and will follow you around the house. Lucky is crated during the day when nobody is at home, as he seems to find comfort being in the crate. He also enjoys napping, so being in his crate helps him settle and nap.
Lucky is house trained and loves treats!
Lucky, despite his age, has no obvious health or skin issues. He was neutered June 3rd and is recovering nicely!
Lucky would do best in a home with no small children, and if there is another dog, he would need to be Lucky’s size. In his past life, Lucky lived with one other dog and a couple cats.
