Welcome to a real sweetheart. Lenny is a 9+year old 13lb Maltese mix. He has a beautiful disposition, calm, quiet and gentle.
He has settled in quickly to his foster setting. He loves going for rides in the car, trips on the subway, walking in the park, cuddling on the couch and snuggling in bed. Although he isn’t into playing, he readily meets all dogs regardless of size.
Being a little older he loves nothing better to do than sleep in the room where his people are, following from room to room with them. He is completely house trained, gentle with his mouth and only cries briefly when he is left to look after the house on his own.
Although he is in general good health with a moderate energy level adoptive parents should be aware that he has a very mild heart murmur which would be best monitored yearly, along with the beginnings of cataracts. After a visit with the vet his teeth are now clean with a few extractions.
This little guy would be a loving addition to any home, especially where he is not left for extremely long period of time and the household is quiet and calm.
