Laverne has been adopted!

While all adoptions are cause for celebration we are starting out our 2021 adoptions with an extra special dose of “awwww”. LaVerne and Shirley ended up in a shelter where they were bewildered and depressed to have lost the only home they had ever known. We were very grateful to have spots for both of these girls and they arrived a few weeks apart in December. Yesterday the sisters were reunited! One of our previous adopters had reached out shortly after their arrival and expressed interest in adopting both girls. Having adopted our senior lab, Chloe, and giving her a wonderful last year of her life, this amazing family has now opened their hearts and home to LaVerne and Shirley and we could not be happier. Thank you to their foster moms, Angie and Rachel, for working together to make this happen. Wishing these girls long, happy lives.
