Joker has made the journey from a shelter in Kentucky to Canada, with a positive attitude and hope in his heart to finally find a forever family.

Joker is a beautiful Labrador with a streak of hound in him. A wonderful mix!  Joker is very good on a leash when there are no wildlife distractions.  When a bunny pops up or any scent that he’s intrigued by, he will show his strength.

The lab in him is so predictable. He is gentle, affectionate and a snuggle muffin. All around sweet soul.
Joker would love a yard to trot around in. It wouldn’t matter if it was big, just secure. He has many playful skills and is great with other dogs. Joker has been respectful to his fur buddy in his foster home. Joker has had run of the house for short periods of time and has not been destructive. Joker is crated when his foster mom goes to work as does not fuss. Joker will have a random accident , so it’s important his family understands he will need some housetraining.

Joker is up to date with vaccinations. He is a healthy boy. Good eater. Joker is a tad on the “thick” side. His New Years resolution is to get in shape and knock off that holiday weight. Joker is determined to find a family who is active, fun loving and will appreciate him for the special guy he is.
