Jade has been adopted!
Sponsored in memory of our toy poodle, Star.
Jade is the largest of the girls and playful. She has a black nose, brown and white ears and both eyes have brown but the right one has the largest spot. Her hair is much wavier than the rest.
The mom of this litter is a cocker spaniel mixed with poodle and the suspected father is a cocker spaniel. These guys are a beautiful mix of both. They would NOT be considered hypoallergenic or non shedding.
These puppies are active, playful and love to explore. They are shy at first and sometimes submissive pee, but once they’re familiar with their surroundings they’re ready to play. They are still learning their social skills, but are doing fantastic and interact with the other dogs in the foster home well.
As with all puppies, mouthing is their way to explore the world…so these guys nibble fingers, bite toes and grab anything they can carry. They’ve been learning their house training from a young age and aim for their pee pads, and pee/poo as soon as they get outside for playtime. They also keep their sleeping space clean.
As with all puppies, we recommend crate training and a playpen to keep them safe. Training is always recommended, it’s a wonderful way to create a bond and teach the basic commands.
The puppies will be 8 weeks old on April 3rd, and have their first set of vaccines that day. They will be ready to head home on the weekend of April 6th.
