Coco

Coco has been adopted!

Sponsored in honour of princess Tia. Wishing Coco a happily ever after

Sweet Coco came to rescue after a life as an outdoor dog in Tennessee. He arrived shy yet extremely gentle, and he quickly made himself right at home with his foster dad. Within 24hours he became a complete cuddle bug, absorbing all the love and attention he missed out on over his years.

He’s proven himself very trusting of humans, warming up to the couple people he got to meet during his stay in foster. Despite a lack of training, he’s attentive and well behaved. When he does do wrong, it’s impossible to be upset when he turns on his charm and comes running to give kisses.

Coco’s wonderful sponsor and two time past adopter happened to fall in love with him early on in his foster journey, and after following along on his progress, expressed interest in meeting him. The goal was to see if he would be a match for her pack, so a socially distanced, outdoor meetup date was set. It was clear nearly immediately that it was meant to be, and Coco now gets to live out the rest of his years with two awesome fur brothers, and a loving mama who will give him all the love, balance and spoiling that he deserves. Coco’s mama has a big heart for senior dogs and this is the third Save Me senior that she has adopted. She recently lost her sweet Tia but we know Tia and Herc are looking down on their mama and her new family member with a smile.

Coco was lovingly fostered by Mike.
