Cee Cee is a sweet 5 year old rat terrier mix. She gets along well with other dogs and would do well in a household with a confident canine companion for her to learn from. Cee Cee is nervous in new situations and often looks to other dogs for guidance. She has been in her foster home for just over a week, and although very nervous the first few days, she is now starting to come out of her shell and show off her more playful side. She spent the first few days watching her foster siblings cuddle and receive affection from her foster parents but was not brave enough to join in on the action at first, in the last couple days however she has decided that not only does she like cuddling she loves it!
Because she can be nervous at times a home without young kids would be ideal as she may find their quick movements and loud noises overwhelming. She is doing very well with her house training and has not had any accidents beyond the first couple of days. She is also very gentle around food and will sit and wait patiently until its her turn to eat and is oh so gentle about taking treats she is offered.
We are looking for a nice quiet home for Cee Cee where she can continue to blossom into the exceptional little dog she is showing herself to be.
