Betty has been adopted!
This stunning pup is 1 year old and 44lbs. She was found as a stray. She has been spayed and we have ensured she is up to date
on all of her vetting. She is both cat and dog friendly. They say she is a bit shy, but incredibly sweet once she warms up! But, now that she is in foster, I can’t imagine her being shy! She is so sweet and polite. She loves to play, and wag her tail and she knows sit! We keep wondering how the shelter described her as shy, but its an example of how dogs can thrive once out of the shelter.
She loves to play with other dogs in the home, and is very respectful of the cats, even when kitten tries to wiggle ahead of her to the food dish. She seems to be completely housebroken – no accidents so far (knock on wood). She slept crated overnight with barely a peep. Such a good girl!!! A fenced yard is key for this girl as she loves to romp in the yard.
