Mission Statement

Save Me Rescue is a registered charity organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities, we are able to rescue many animals every year, provide them with loving temporary care and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes. A big thank you to Pet Valu on Franklin Boulevard

A big thank you to Pet Valu on Franklin Boulevard in Cambridge (@petvalufranklin) for their very generous donation to Save Me.

This donation will go towards many of medical expenses including Oakley’s sedated exam and ear cultures for ongoing ear infections, Moe’s x-rays as we continue to try and find the reason for his persistent cough, a check of Mousseline phenobarbital levels, Bruno’s librela injections and blood work, and monthly preventatives for all our foster dogs.

We couldn’t help as many dogs as we do without the support we receive! Thank you!
