Bonjour!! My name is Delima and I have recently arrived from Quebec. My foster family said I am adjusting so well as it’s been a very couple of weeks for me! My foster mom and dad are working with me to go outside to do my business as it appears that I have not had the opportunity in my past life. I tend to eat just little bits throughout the day and my new family will have to ensure I eat regularly as I feel a little underweight. Even though I can be shy at times I love to play with my little stuffed toys and run around the house!! I don’t like to be in a crate and much prefer laying out freely on the carpet or dog bed.
Walking on a leash was something new for me but over the past few days I’m getting used to my harness and walking on the leash but it’s an entire new world and I’m taking it all in!! I have two foster human kids 12+ in my home and I just love to give them licks and enjoy belly rubs. I also have a foster fur sibling which is a dog but I’m not really interested. I think I would live my best life as an only dog and in a home where someone is with me most of the time. Did I say I love car rides and do well with my seatbelt harness!
