Tootsie is sweet, calm, affectionate, playful, active and inquisitive. She is social and plays well with the medium size dogs in her foster home, with people and with toys. She gets along with the dogs and cats in her foster home.
She is working on house training, and is crate trained. She is shy, timid and tentative, for the first few minutes until she gets to know you.
The ideal home would have someone home during the day, or able to take her to work. She wants to spend all her time next to her people, in their lap on the couch. She would also benefit from a well-rounded dog friend to play and run with. She would love a fenced yard to run around in.
Tootsie is still a puppy, with bursts of puppy energy and likes to chew.
