Pepper has been adopted!
Sponsored in memory of Patricia Knowles a life-long animal lover who enjoyed the company of both dogs and cats rescued from shelters. Her faithful dog Barney and her cat Nori were by her side to the end.
Hi friends,
My name is Pepper. I am a wee little girl from Tennessee. I found myself in a shelter after my owner passed away and her daughter no longer had the time to care for me.
When I arrived, I had an appointment at the vet. She said all my teeth had to go, but otherwise I am healthy. Great lungs, great heart… even my blood work was great! I am now toothless, but full of love.
I am on a raw diet, which I absolutely love. I run at mealtime! I get along with other dogs. However, I need help with my house training. I will generally go on pee pads, but I sometimes leave gifts for you to find later. My foster parents hope this will improve as the warmer weather settles in. I am an absolute cuddle bug and will snuggle close as you watch your favourite tv shows.
Pepper stole her foster family’s heart and is officially a foster fail. She has been adopted into a wonderful family and we couldn’t be happier for her.
