Lucy has been adopted!
Sponsored by Janet A., in celebration of her sweet Kelly’s 5th Adoption Anniversary
Meet sweet Lucy.
This beautiful girl is wonderful and has a kind soul. Her eyes say it all!
Lucy is not a sad case of abuse or neglect. The reason she was surrendered is because her family is quite ill and not able to continue taking care of her, and they want to give her the life she deserves. There’s no doubt her family loved her dearly.
Lucy is currently on medication for anxiety and depression. She was most likely not doing well in the shelter.
Lucy will need an extremely committed family that is patient and understanding as she can be intense at times. Lucy arrived scared and timid. She needs time to adjust. It’s clear she misses her family.
Lucy is sharing a home with another younger beagle. Her fur buddy wants to play and Lucy hasn’t been interested with playtime. Lucy is getting used to all sorts of changes. She does like to snuggle and give little kisses when she’s in the mood:.
Lucy is not interested in playing with silly toys
Lucy is her own dog. She is a mature girl that
has life experience. She knows what she likes and doesn’t like.
Lucy is wonderful on walks and good on a leash. She’s you typical sniffing beagle.
Lucy is slowly gaining trust with her new people. It will take time for her to trust again.
Lucy has so much potential!
Lucy was lovingly fostered by Nicole S.
