Howie is an adorable 2 year old Beagle/Shepherd mix. He was pulled from a rural shelter by our transport provider when he found himself out of time.The photos really don’t do him justice! Because he loves to play and run around, he is very hard to photograph when he’s awake!
He has not met a toy he doesn’t like – he is almost always walking around with a ball or squeaky toy in his mouth. He loves to play fetch, and rarely tires of the game. Howie is equally good at amusing himself with the toys.
He is super-friendly and always looking for a quick scratch behind his ears and never leaves without a thank you (in the form of a lick or two!).
He gets along well with dogs, cats and children, though he likely won’t sit still long enough for a young child to pat him.
