Florence has arrived and what a joy she is! She has the lean body and face of a terrier, with the tail and personality of a pug. She is calm but playful, sweet, cuddly and very friendly. She walks right in and gets along with everyone, even the cat! She’s quiet and loves to explore the yard.
Her background info is that she was an owner surrender. The owner became very ill and was no longer able to care for her.
She appears to be house trained though doesn’t really know the basics like sit and shake a paw. So training classes would be recommend. They will help her form a better bond with her family and also give her the healthy basics that all young dogs should have.
She would make herself right at home in pretty much any setting. She seems to just take it as it comes. So far everyone who’s met her just loves her to bits.
