Sara has been adopted!
Sara is a sweet confident and social Chihuahua mix. At only 10 lbs Sara is fearless and would be happy to join you on all your adventures.
Sara has clearly lived in a home before and has no problem climbing stairs, jumping onto furniture and joining her foster mom on long walks. Although she is a Chihuahua Sara seems much less delicate then some chihuahuas and could definitely keep up with any family.
Sara is extremely adaptable and settled into her foster home in minutes. Sara has been doing a great job mirroring the energy of her foster mom and is happy to be active and busy or curl up on couch for hours depending on what her foster mom is doing. She loves belly rubs and playing fetch with stuffed toys.
Sara loves all people including children and has done well with the resident cat in her foster home, ignoring her for the most part. On walks Sara sometimes barks at new dogs that she meets on walks, she is redirected easily though.
Sara will keep her new family laughing with her adorable antics and funny personality she is definitely a people pleaser and adores everyone she meets. She loves to be close to her family and would enjoy a family that will allow her to sleep in the same room as them and spend lots of time with her when they can.
Sara is fully housetrained and quiet in the home. Sara’s perfect family would be one that involves her in everything, whether it is relaxing at home, going on a hike or doing chores around the house, Sara will be happy to be there with you keeping you company and enjoying her forever home.
