Tessie has been adopted!
Tessie is a friendly, affectionate and playful beagle mix. She loves the company of people and others dogs, especially those that enjoy playing with her. She is 3 years old and weighs 33lbs.
Tessie enjoys playing with her toys, going for walks and cuddling on the couch. True to the beagle breed Tessie walks with her nose to the ground and will follow it wherever it takes her. Tessie might do alright in a home with cats that are dog savy however she does like to chase dogs outside so might not be a good friend for cats that are nervous or would run from her.
Tessie is learning basic obedience and knows how to sit, lie down and wait before taking a treat. Tessie is comfortable being left alone in the home for 4 hours at a time and is able to be left uncrated without causing any damage.
Tessie is a sweet and loving dog who likes nothing better then to lie on the couch and have her belly scratched after a good run around the back yard. Her ideal lifestyle would be one that includes lots of walks, trips to the dog park and a good cuddle while watching TV or netflix at the end of the day.
