This sweet little Shih Tzu, Mom came to us after spending her first 4 years of life in a puppy mill in Ohio. Despite her unknown history and having only one eye, she has adjusted beautifully and gets around with confidence. She is friendly, playful, and absolutely loves treats. She has learned to do stairs very quickly, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is a total cuddle bug who loves being close to her people.

She reliably does her business outside and can be left home alone when needed. She would do best in a home with other calm, low-energy dogs and with someone who is home for most of the day, as she loves to follow her people from room to room and snuggle whenever she gets the chance. Her happy, affectionate personality shines through every day, and she brings joy to everyone she meets. Despite everything she has been through, she remains a cheerful, loving little dog who is ready to find her forever family.
