Sponsored by Mary Lou Kightley – Wishing this deserving dog a safe and loving home for the holidays, in honour of Sven’s birthday!

Oh hi there! My name’s Molly and well, as you can see, I’m burrowed underneath these blankets because I get cold easily, but boy can I keep your heart warm

I am a senior gal who loves her food, treats and naps with you. I am on heart medications for life because I have heart failure, but things are well under control now and my foster Papa is making sure I get my meds on time. So far, I’m not showing any symptoms.

I also have a little hop to my walk and I can’t wait for the warmer weather when me and foster papa can go out for little walks to smell the flowers and sniff the grass.

I’m pretty good with asking to go outside when I need to, but I am older so sometimes I have the occasional accident. I love being by your side so if you’re going to cuddle up and watch a show, better count me in!

Medical Notes: When Molly had her first veterinary visit, for her intake vetting, she was found to be in Congestive Heart Failure. She was immediately started on the 3 standard CHF medications and has responded well to them. Since Molly arrived to her foster home, she has been seen at Kingsdale. At this time, we are trying to determine if any changes are needed to her medication regimen. Molly also has a very significant heart murmur. Overall, her blood work is quite good and she was able to have a much-needed dental, with cardiac precautions taken. Molly is doing well and enjoying life with her loving foster family.
