Sweet & affectionate Lou is sugar, spice, and everything nice. Although this little gal has had a pretty rough start in life,Lou is an optimistic loving companion and is looking for her people to be her perfect match. Her foster family has shared that her sweet disposition is exactly what makes her a pleasure to have around.

With an enthusiastic and affectionate nature, Lou brings a super charged energy and loves spending time with her people or relaxing nearby. Being around people brings her joy, and she’s always up for playtime with her foster pals. She especially loves a belly rub and has been known to cover her peeps with kisses. This little gal is friendly, eager to be part of the family, and has a way of making everyone she meets smile.
Lou is the kind of pup who greets every day with a wagging tail eager to be a part of any adventures. You can always find her sniffing all of nature’s smells while out on one of her walks, she’s excited to see all the new sites and sounds of the neighborhood. She has fun learning new commands and is very treat-motivated. Lately, she’s been working on leash training., and loves a car ride too.

Lou would likely do well having a yard or outdoor space to run and play. At home she has been living with her foster sisters, learning to play and loves her toys. She is an interesting combination of all out enthusiasm, yet submissive, she adores her pals but is nervous of large dogs, Lou would do well with a medium to small dog who enjoys company .She has lived with cats.
As she jumps up often larger older kids would be best. Lou can be shy with new folks but warms up quickly as she adores attention.
