Family friendly Jason is the complete package. He is sweet, lovable, goofy and quick to learn new things.

Jason is a bit shy at first meeting but warms up quickly. His curious nature makes everything an adventure… the vacuum cleaner, lawn mower or recycling bins on the street look like potential fun! Walking on the leash is a breeze- he is still attracted to active squirrels but gives up as soon as he is corrected with a “No”.

He is a fast learner and a loyal companion- he has bonded with his foster mom in a short period of time.

He rarely barks, not even in the backyard while playing. He loves all dogs and would enjoy having another dog companion to play with.

His happy place is on the couch snuggled up with his humans (he is an enthusiastic cuddler) or going for walks. Children over 8-9 years will make a great part of his family as well. He takes treats gently and is still learning that things out of the garbage are not treats.

He has responded well to training, particularly when treats are involved. He is getting used to off limits areas in the house and sits and waits for his food (all the while wiggling with excitement).

He is very playful, but loves to chill with his people, and settles nicely when it is time for bed.

He would make a great addition to a family that is looking for a friendly goofball to play and cuddle with.
