🐾 Meet Hope — A brave little girl 🐾

Hope is a 5–6-year-old terrier mix (with maybe a touch of miniature Italian greyhound) whose name says it all. After being let down by humans in her past, this sweet girl is learning that love can be safe — and she’s ready to find a forever home where she can finally exhale.

Hope is a shy and tender soul who takes a little time to trust the people around her, but once you earn her heart, she’ll be your devoted shadow. She adores cozying up on the couch, nibbling on cheese, and melting into chin scratches. She’s fully house-trained, crate-trained, and is working hard on learning basic commands, improving every day — eager to please and even more eager to bond.

Hope gets along well with friendly dogs and is a bit unsure around cats at first, though she warms up with time. She hasn’t been observed around young children, but her ideal home would be a calm, quiet environment with patient adults who can shower her with love and stability. Hope is very scared of the world right now but is trying her best to be brave. Any introductions to people and animals will need to be slow and controlled. Her ideal humans will go at her pace without rushing her.
