Chili

Chihuahua – Female – 3 lbs – 7 yrs (approx.)

Sponsored for my Golden Girls, Daisy (Blanche), Tulo (Dorothy), and Abbey (Rose), all rescues around 12 years old. The loves of our lives.

Chili is quite shy when she first gets to know you, but comes out of her shell very quickly. When she came into foster care, she had to have quite a few of her teeth removed and has been eating soft food since then.

Chilli’s personality is starting to come out, and is starting to play with her foster mom. Chili lives with three other dogs, two are larger and one is about the same size and she does quite well. Chili sleeps in her dog bed on her foster parent’s bed. Chilli has been around older children and did very well, but because of her size, we believe a home with no small children would be best.

Chili loves to be picked up and held, but on her terms. Chili is a very quiet little girl. She is not 100% house trained, she knows to do her business outside, but is unsure of how to ask to go out. She will use a pee pad. Currently, when she’s outside, she is in an xpen, because her foster home has a very large backyard. Chili seems to enjoy car rides. She has not yet played with any toys at her foster home.
