Banjo

Beagle – Male – 25 lbs – 3 yrs (approx.)

Sponsored to wish our future rescuer, Hadley, a very happy 3rd birthday 🥳

Banjo is a 3-year-old male Beagle. He weighs approximately 25 lbs.

Banjo is full of love and cuddles. He loves everyone and is one happy boy!

Banjo has thrived in his current foster home. Everyone has fallen in love with his nuzzles and big personality. He is highly intelligent and quick to pick up on his training. He has already learned to sit and not to bark at guests when they come to the door. He does not show any fear of anything which is great.

Banjo is great with other dogs and children. He has a lot of energy and enjoys long walks. He also loves to play with his toys (although balls and fetch seem to be a wonder to him still)! He has shown absolutely no aggression. He is very gentle and sweet.

Banjo sleeps right through the night and can be left with free reign in the house when nobody is home. He is well on his way to being house-trained. He knows what his job is when he goes outside. He will need a bit of supervision to ensure he masters going outside 100% of the time.

He is not spending any time in a crate but he was tested to see his reaction. He seemed to be ok. After about 2 minutes, he laid down and went to sleep.

Banjo would be a loving addition to any home. He is going to make a wonderful companion dog. He has so much love to give.
A secure backyard would be ideal to help with house training and also because he loves to spend time outside.

He is neutered and has all vaccines up-to-date.
