My name is Sparky, when I first came to my foster home, my foster parents thought I was a quiet, happy couch potato. Then, an 11 year old boy came to visit me, and I played fetch for HOURS with him. It was awesome, I had so much fun.
I am 8 years old, but my foster family thinks I act like I am much younger and my tail NEVER stops wagging. I am so happy to be in a house where I am loved and get to snuggle whenever I want to! My foster parents let me sleep in their bed, because I like to hide under the blankets to keep warm. I will sleep as long as you sleep, but when I hear you get out of bed, I want to be with you! I will need to go to a home with lots of toys, balls, chew stix or Kongs and someone who will play with me. I have lots of energy, but I will also relax beside you when it is quiet time. My foster parents think I am the happiest dog they have ever fostered! I am not crated when they are away, because I am a good boy and I am not destructive at all. I get really excited when you come back home. I know how to sit and when I am asked to shake a paw, I don’t just give you one paw, I give you both of them! I live with other dogs that are smaller than me and I like to hang out with them. But I would do well as the only 4 legged child as well!
