Spanky is a bit confused, sad and scared as there has been a lot of change in his life over the past little while. He found himself at the shelter when his owner didn’t want him anymore but one look into his sad eyes, and his foster mom knew she could help make him happy again by finding him the perfect forever family.
Spanky is a very sweet boy that has been quiet in the few days he has been with his foster mom. He hasn’t barked too much yet, only when he wants to go out to do his business.
He doesn’t appear to know many basic commands but he is well behaved, housetrained and does walk well on a leash. Although Spanky is not really active, he does enjoy his walks and playing with his toys. He also loves to play in the backyard so a fenced in backyard is ideal.
When Spanky is not enjoying his walks or play time, he loves to nap. He is a great napper as you can see in his photos. He also enjoys car rides and treats, but who doesn’t love treats?!
He would love is very own family, maybe a retired couple or a family that is home part of the day so he can get as much cuddling in as possible. He loves to cuddle and be around his people.
