Rocket is adopted

Rocket is a handsome friendly boy who just wants to be loved and have a comfortable place to nap. He’s not a young man any more but you’d never know it from his behaviour. He has a bounce in his step and a twinkle in his eye! Rocket gets along well with the other dogs and cats in his foster home and loves people. Because of his age and the fact that he has a touch of arthritis in his hips we are looking for a home without young children (teens or adults only).
Rocket has a handsome toothless grin due to some dental surgery that he had before he came in to rescue. This does not interfere with his enjoyment of his food at all!! His foster family is working on helping him to gain a few much needed pounds.
He appears to be house trained and has good manners in the house. He loves exploring the fenced back yard at his foster home.
