Mitzi

Mitzi is adopted!

Sponsored by Scrubbles (Pet Wash & Spaw). In honour of Berta, a big bundle of Chocolate, who opened our world and hearts to rescue.

Mitzi is a wonderfully sweet senior girl was surrendered by her owner. Such a sad tale of two senior best friends who had little choice but to part ways. The owner has dementia and can no longer care for little Mitzi. Terribly heart broken, but with little choice, she was handed over in hopes of a better life.

Mitzi is hearing and vision impaired and will be looking for a quite home that she can relax and feel secure in. She’s used to being with her people all day long, so an older retired person would be an ideal match for her.

She will be in rehab for now. The trip to us has left her scared and confused, so she is going to spend some time unwinding and settling into her foster home before we can say for sure what she needs. She could also stand to gain some weight as well. For now, we do know she’s a sweet tiny little girl. Her bio will be updated as she settles in.

For more information, please contact her foster mom Uyen at uyenhoang1963@gmail.com

Please note that while we continue to get to know each of our dogs, their biographies will be updated with additional information, so make sure to check back once in a while!
