Sweet Marie has unfortunately been surrendered back to the rescue after a short stay in her adoptive home.
While in her adoptive home it was discovered that she and their present dog did not get along well. Although they tried to juggle both dogs needs, they were not able to overcome the issues between the two dogs. She manages quite well in her foster home with dogs and cats. No issues.
Marie has been pegged at 8 years old, and is a jack russel. She has recently been spayed but it appears as though she has had many litters in the past. She has visual handicaps, although not totally blind, her vision is compromised.
What this dog so badly needs is a lap to sit on and a bed to share with her person. She would be a fantastic companion dog for someone who would welcome her sweet nature and loving disposition. Besides her food, that would be her heaven on earth.
She has such a noble heart, and truly deserves the best that life can offer her.
