Lumi has been adopted!
Lady, Lumi, Kayah and Lucy came from an indigenous reserve in Northern Ontario. They were rescued by a group that works with Northern communities. Save Me Rescue is proud to be a partner in finding amazing forever homes for these puppies. They are called ‘Nordic mixes’ and often have a mix of Husky, Sheppard and Lab, but you never really know what you are going to get! In our experience they grow into dogs with lovely personalities who do best with active families.
Lumi is the most independent out of the puppies, and is really easy going. While he is the biggest pup, his sisters generally get the better of him when wrestling. I have not quite figured out if he is letting them win or just does not realize he could totally take them but I am leaning toward the later. Lumi is also the quietest of the pups, keeping his talking to when it really matters, play time with his siblings. He seems to be quite the fan favorite with visitors and is just a super sweet little guy.
These pups have had their second set of vaccinations and their second deworm and are ready for adoption!
