Jeff has arrived!
Jeff ‘s picture ( to be updated) doesn’t do his gorgeous brindle colour justice. A cattle dog x, he is a little bit on the shy side.
He mastered the scary unknown stairs after eye balling them for a bit and is now social butterflying with his foster siblings.
Quiet in nature and very smart, he is a laid back kinda guy. Not dominant, he gets along well with the other house dogs and kitty too. He loves ropes and will give up toys readily to any others that want them.
A bit of a counter surfer, he is easily corrected but needs a gentle reminder or two. He is a bit hesitant on a leash and will need some training in this direction.
He is a leaner and loves his ears scratched and all the attention you can manage. His manners are quite good. He is house trained and crates easily.
He would be a perfect dog for a active family. Not child tested yet, but we are confident he will be fine with children and we will test him in the future.
