Bruce Wayne has been adopted!
Bruce is sponsored in loving memory of Bear. Thinking of his Mom, Angela, during this very sad time.
Family wanted! Bruce Wayne is a very sweet, loving, and gorgeous 12 week old springer spaniel poodle mix. He’ll probably be around 45 – 60 lbs once fully grown, currently 20 lbs. Bruce came to us as an Owner Surrender, as Bruce was severely affecting a family member’s allergies. These type of mixes are often assumed to by hypoallergenic but are not. He came from a breeder. Bruce is happy, healthy, fun loving, loves to play, cuddle, and get into all sorts of puppy mischief! He loves going for walks and socializing! He is a great companion and is currently sitting with a 5 year old doing virtual school. He has brought a lot of joy to his foster family. He is currently teething and will need his chew toys or will find his own things to chew. He does get along well with children but may accidentally push them over from excitement. He’s learning the “off” and “down” commands quickly as a result. He gets along with other dogs, cats are unknown however we suspect it wouldn’t be an issue, as he shows no aggression. He understands basic commands well. Crate trained and doesn’t bark too much. He will need his third set of shots soon. Bruce will need to be neutered and this will be part of his adoption contract. He’s partially house trained, and getting better every day.
Bruce would be a good family dog and would love everyone dearly. It is very important his next family be his Forever Home to avoid heart break. He would benefit from having a yard to run around as he might be high energy even after his puppy stage. Also, he could be a good hiking or running companion for an active family.
