Bizzy is a sweet guy who has not had the best caretakers. He was part of a neglect case and taken from his owners. All of this is behind him now and life is about to get much better!
This sweet young guy is good with both dogs and cats. He is on the thin side, so his foster mom will be helping him to put some meat on those bones.
