Bentley has been adopted
Sponsored by Marla in memory of Stains, love Beemer and Bentley
Bentley is an older gentleman who is learning that hugs and kisses are not a bad thing. He is a 14 yr old Yorkie looking for his forever retirement home. Bentley is hard of hearing and his eye sight is not great. But this does not stop him though, he can find his way around the house, his food dishes and the deck to get in and outside. His favourite place to sleep is in the toy box with all his stuffies !! A regular E.T. moment !
Although he does not have a lot of teeth left, he still enjoys chewing on hooves or kibble. He is currently on antibiotics to make sure there are no negative side effects from his dental surgery. He also had to have a couple lumps removed, but he has healed nicely from that. When Bentley first came to his foster home, he appeared to be a loner, but now that he has been there for a couple weeks, he likes to snuggle on the couch or bed with you. Bentley lives with other dogs his size and has no issues. Although Bentley’s eyes and ears do not work well, his nose does ! As soon as you start to make his dinner, he is right by your side in the kitchen !
Bentley sleeps thru the night at the foot of his human’s bed with no issues. Bentley is not a barker, so would be great for an apartment or townhouse. He does well in a car once he settles in for the ride. He would probably do best in a home with no small children.
Do you think you could provide a retirement home for Bentley ??
