Meet Alice! A 7 week old female northern puppy! Being a northern puppy means Alice is a mixed breed. Alice will be ready to go to her best fit family once she is 8 weeks old (after November 9th).
Alice is a bright and energetic puppy who is eager to please her foster parents and is a quick learner. Alice enjoys running around outside and would therefore love a large fenced yard. Alice also likes to play with her toys and with the older and larger dogs in the home, so she would likely do well with a canine companion. Northern dogs are often high energy so Alice would likely enjoy an active home!
Alice has met a variety of people and vaccinated pets. Alice can be timid at first and likes observe the situation before joining in the fun. Alice has met and enjoys children who understand that she is young and still learning the do’s and dont’s of socializing. Alice’s forever family must be prepared to help her learn to be a good canine citizen through obedience training and continued socialization.
Alice has been vet checked, given age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and dewormed. Alice’s veterinarian thinks she could be a large dog (50-60+ pounds) which is important for prospective adopters to
