Thelma is adopted

Sweet little Thelma is an absolute doll.
She has only just arrived but we can already tell that she has lots of love to give. She has been moved around a lot lately and is understandably scared and confused. In spite of that, she loves to be patted and to hang out on the couch with her foster family. She is very motivated by treats and has been eating well. She is house trained and good with other dogs and cats.
Her foster family will need some time to get to know her but given how nervous she is, it seems that a home without young children under the age of 14 would be best. Thelma enjoys going out for walks – she is a true beagle with her nose to the ground and her tail wagging the whole time! She is easily startled by loud noises and fast movements.
We are looking for a special family who can give Thelma the time and love that she needs to feel safe and secure again. Her bio will be updated once her foster family has a chance to get to know her better.
